I am a certified nutritionist with over a decade of experience working with a wide range of clients—from everyday individuals looking to improve their health to elite professional athletes in . Certified through Precision Nutrition, I bring a highly personalized and detail-oriented approach to every client, ensuring that each nutrition plan is fully tailored to their unique lifestyle, goals, and challenges. My coaching goes beyond just achieving results; my goal is to empower clients with the knowledge and tools they need to maintain their progress long after our time together. Education is at the heart of my process, and I believe that sustainable success comes from truly understanding how nutrition works for your body.
Outside of coaching, I’m also deeply passionate about strength sports. I actively compete in both powerlifting and bodybuilding, and I’ve been fortunate enough to hold multiple state and national records throughout my journey. Among my proudest accomplishments in powerlifting are a 650-pound squat, a 415-pound bench press, and a deadlift of over 750 pounds. When I’m not training or working with clients, I love spending quality time with my wife, our dog Dosey, and our bunny. We enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and trying out new restaurants—especially anything that combines good food and good company.
